In response to the devastating floods that affected several areas in Andhra and Telangana during the months of September and October, Holy Cross sisters from Tenali province extended their hands and hearts in service to those in need, especially Gudivada, Kollipara, Tenali and Nandirajuthota communities were privileged to respond to the immediate need. Guided by faith and a deep sense of mission, the sisters swiftly organized and carried out extensive relief efforts for the most vulnerable. They have reached out through to several remote villages closer to our mission stations and A few areas like Sing Nagar, Krishna Lanka, Lenin Centre at Vijayawada and a few kits were distributed in collaboration with YESJ-Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada.

It was more than just a response—it was a reflection of our deep call to serve Christ through the suffering. The sisters’ presence brought not only practical aid but also peace, dignity, and hope.
